ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to individuals 18 years of age or older as of date of Contest Registration and who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia excepting Rhode Island. Contest Registration may be completed by the legal guardian of the BvS Account Holder - the legal guardian is considered to be the entrant for purposes of this contest. Contest void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Anime Cubed, Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and members of the same household of each are not eligible. 'Entry' is defined as a current player referred by the entrant that has reached Chunin level or higher in Season 1 or higher. Entries originally posted after start of contest count as two (2) entries for the sake of the drawing. Entrants may win a maximum number of one (1) prize. Prizes are drawn in descending order of value. Winning entries will be tested for fraud, botting, proxy-use, and other malicious activity before being declared valid, and winners must sign a document stating that they did not attempt to gain entries through proxies, alt characters, botting, or other illict means before receiving prizes. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins at 7:00:00 PM (CST) on April 21, 2009 and ends at 12:00:01 AM (CST) on July 1, 2009. To enter, entrants must refer players to Billy Vs. A selected winner may be asked to provide Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 7th, 2009 from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability which must be signed and received by Sponsor or its designated agent within 7 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing. 5. ODDS: Odds of winning prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 6.
